Browse
When you log in to Filtered, the first page you land on is the Browse page. Here you can explore your content library organised by Labels or Job Roles, and discover the skills and assets most relevant to you.

Switching Between Labels and Job Roles
By default, Browse is organised by Labels. Use the Category dropdown in the top right to switch to Job Roles and see skills grouped by role instead.

Browsing by Label / Job Roles
Each label or job role displays the skills that belong to it. You can either click on a specific skill to explore it directly, or click the label or job role name to view the full detail page.
On the label detail page, you can scroll through all the skills under that label and see a preview of the assets associated with each one.

Viewing Assets and Relevance Scores
Click on a specific skill to see a full list of all its assets, ordered by relevance score. The relevance score (shown as a percentage) indicates how relevant an asset is for that skill the higher the score, the more closely matched the content.

Relevance is an algorithmic score of how relevant an asset is for the selected skill. A score of 96% suggests that approximately 96 out of 100 reviewers would agree the asset is relevant for that skill.
Adding Assets to a Pathway
Use the checkboxes to select the assets you want, then click Add to pathway at the bottom of the screen.
In the Add asset to pathways modal, you can either search for an existing pathway to add assets to, or type a new name to create one from scratch. You can search across both My Pathways and Org Pathways.

Curate
The Curate page lets you chat with the Filtered AI Companion to build a complete pathway through conversation.

Type what you have in mind into the chatbox and hit Send. The AI Companion will ask clarifying questions to understand the topic and scope you're looking for, suggest specific subtopics and invite you to go broader or deeper; you can keep refining through conversation until it matches what you have in mind.

Once happy with the direction, a pathway structure is generated on the right-hand side with sections already defined. Click Use This to accept it.

Click + Add Assets under any section to see the most relevant assets for that topic, ordered by relevance score. Select the ones you want by clicking on the circle on the right side of each asset and click Done.

Click Create this pathway to save it. You'll land on the new pathway page where you can review all sections and assets, and click Edit Pathway to make any further changes.

Search
Using the Search page you can type a word or phrase to find assets across your entire content library.
Results are returned ordered by relevance score, and you can filter by provider, format, length, language, and more. You can also select assets directly from search results and add them to a pathway using Add to pathway at the bottom of the screen.

Using the AI Companion in Search
Alternatively, click Filtered AI companion to switch to the AI-powered search experience. Type a phrase or question and the AI Companion will provide a direct answer pulled from your assets, with relevant content.

If the search term is useful to save for future use, click Save as Skill in the top right. You can assign it to an existing Skills group, give it a Skill name, and the search phrase will be saved as a short phrase attached to that skill.

Success Centre
You can search all articles that are available here on the Success Centre from a widget within Filtered at any time by clicking the ‘Help’ button located on the side panel.
