Using ‘Filters’ on the side panel

1. Navigate to the ‘Assets’, ‘Skills’ or ’Pathways’ page via the side panel

2. Click the ‘Filters’ button on the right of your screen to open the filters tab

3. Expand filters by clicking on the ‘>’ toggle or the filter title

4. Use the checkboxes or input fields on the filter of your choosing

5. Click ‘Apply’

6. Click the 'x' or the tab itself to close the 'Filters' tab

7. To reset all filters click the ‘Reset filters’ button in the bottom right of your screen

Using ‘Filters’ on column headers

1. Navigate to ‘Assets’, ‘Skills’, or ’Pathways’ page

2. Click on a filter icon to open the filter of your choosing

3. Use the checkboxes or input fields on the filter of your choosing

4. Click ‘Apply’

5. To reset filters on each column, click ‘Reset’

6. To reset all filters click the ‘Reset filters’ button in the bottom right of your screen

Filter specific tips

‘Relevance’ filter: using decimal points, input numbers between 0 and 1 e.g to filter all content with a 75% relevancy score or higher apply the ‘Greater than or equals to’ filter to ‘.75’

‘Date added’ filter: the ‘Greater than’ field filters all dates after a chosen date and the ‘Less than’ filters for all content uploaded before a certain date.

‘Length’ filter: all asset length can be filtered using minutes e.g to filter for assets which are an hour or longer
