Create skill groups and skills

Learn how to create a new skill

1. Navigate to the ‘Skills’ page via the side panel

 

2. Create a new skills group: Type the name of your new skills group into the ‘Skills Group’ box / field. Select ‘Create [new skills group]’ from the drop-down menu.

3. Create a new skill: click '+ Add new...' under ‘Skills’, type the name of your new skill and select 'Create [new skill name]'

4. Click ‘Update’, the newly created skill should be automatically activated

 

5. To add a short phrase for the algorithm to use instead of the skill name, use the ‘Short phrase for this skill’ box

6. Click ‘Update’, content generated by your short phrase will now be visible

 

7. Add an existing skill: click '+ Add new...' under ‘Skills’, type name of an existing skill and select it from the dropdown menu

8. Click ‘Update’, content generated from all added skills will now be visible as part of your skill group

 

9. Download your skill group by clicking the ‘Download CSV’ button
