Content Value Analysis

Learn how to use the Analytics tab to assess the value of your content, covering skills, provider performance, formats, publication years, durations, and languages for optimized learning resources.

The Content Value Analysis page in the Analytics tab provides an in-depth assessment of the value and relevance of content across various skill groups and providers. Key features include:

  1. Skill Groups: Lists skill groups to help categorize and focus on specific areas of expertise and training needs.
  1. Assets: Displays detailed information about each asset, including title, provider, format, skill, and publication year, offering a comprehensive view of available resources.
  1. Relevant Asset Count: Visual representation of asset distribution by provider, illustrating which providers contribute the most valuable content.
  1. Provider x Skills: A matrix showing the number of relevant assets each provider offers for various skills, helping users evaluate provider performance across different skill areas.
  1. Provider x Format: Analyzes the distribution of content formats (e.g., videos, books) provided by each source, aiding in understanding content delivery methods.
  1. Provider x Year: Displays the publication years of assets from each provider, helping users assess the recency and relevance of content.
  1. Provider x Duration: Shows the duration of assets provided by each source, assisting in evaluating the depth and comprehensiveness of the content.
  1. Provider x Language: Indicates the languages available for assets from each provider, ensuring content accessibility for a diverse audience.

This page is useful for users to:
